I got an email today, from Bill, and he said he hadn't read my blog lately, but had gotten caught up.  Well, at least someone is reading this shit (do you think it's OK to say "shit"?  I am clueless about blogs).  Carol and Bill both think I'm brave for writing here, but it doesn't take much courage when only your friends are reading.  They know me well and probably aren't surprised by anything I say.  I was just thinking that I could get a lot of readers by saying a bunch of inflammatory stuff about our wonderful government and George Fucking Bush.  I wonder what phrases I would have to use.   

Tomorrow is the parental unit's 90th birthday party.  God, do I lead an exotic life or what?
